INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 2: Spanish Institute will send you an informative email about your program and a link to our application form.
Step 3: Apply Online – Complete the application form and send it to us.
Step 4: Review – We will assess your application form and then we will send you, via email, a doodle link where you can choose the time that best fits your schedule for a zoom meeting.
Step 5: Zoom Meeting – During this 30 minute meeting you will receive helpful information and you will be able to get a true understanding of the program. It would be a good idea to prepare any questions or inquiries prior to the meeting. Remember that personalized programs are available upon request.
Step 6: Feedback – After your zoom meeting, we will send you an acceptance letter into our program via email.
Step 7: Confirm your program – Once you have received the acceptance email letter, you must confirm the program by paying a non-refundable deposit of €300 (€150 for Spanish Courses) within 10 days of receiving our email. The deposit is part of the price of the program, please check the program fee.
Step 8: Confirmation of your program – As soon as we receive the confirmation fee, you will have formally secured a spot in our international program.
Step 9: Orientation upon arrival – We welcome you at the airport, take you to your accommodation and on the following day you will receive your orientation with all of the necessary information about your program and Sevilla. We will also give you your insurance card, transport card, emergency number and a welcome pack.
